(1) Verify the following week days
1. 01/mar/1900 was thursday
2. 29/Feb/1900 was wendesday
3. 28/Feb/1900 was Tuesday
(2) Year 1900 was not leap year. There was no 29/Feb/1900
Hence 28/Feb/1900 should be wendesday.
(3) This calendar is correct between 1/Mar/1900 and 28/Feb/2100
1. This index table should add 1 between 1/Mar/1800 and
28/Feb/1900
2. This index table should minus 1 between 1/Mar/2100 and
28/Feb/2200
3. year 1700, 1800, 1900 are not leap year because these years
are not divisable by 400. Hence they are not leap years.
Similarly, 2100, 2200, 2300 are not leap years.
