Construction
- Draw a circle with center C
- Draw a point outside the circle
- Join PC
- Use PC as diameter to draw a circle and cut circle C at Q and R
- PQ and PR are the tangent
- PQ = PR
- Since P, Q, C are circle and PC is diameter
- Hence angle PQC is 90 degrees
- Hence PQ is tangent
- Similarly, PR is al so tangent
